Section 109 — Trusts Act 2019: Application to prevent removal

109 Application to prevent removal (1) A trustee may (unless section 107(1) applies) apply to the court for an order preventing the trustee’s removal. (2) The application must be made within 20 working days after the trustee receives notice of the decision to remove the trustee.
