119 Protection in relation to notifying, registering, or recording transfer of trust property A person who, in good faith, notifies, registers, or records the transfer of property in reliance on section 116(5) , 117(1)(c) or (2) , or 118(2) is not liable for any loss or deprivation that may result from that act.
