Section 152 — Trusts Act 2019: Public notice of property transferred to the Crown

152 Public notice of property transferred to the Crown (1) The Secretary to the Treasury must arrange, before 31 March in each year, for a notice to be published on an Internet site maintained by or on behalf of the Treasury setting out all property transferred to the Crown under section 149 in the previous calendar year and identifying the trustees or trusts from which the property was transferred. (2) The Secretary must ensure that the notice remains available on the Internet site for inspection by members of the public for at least 3 years.
