157 Application to court to determine who bears costs of investigation Public Trust, a trustee, or a beneficiary may apply to the court for an order for directions on how the remuneration of the investigator and the other expenses of the investigation (including Public Trust’s charges) should be apportioned between the trustees (as a charge on the trust property), 1 or more trustees in a personal capacity, and 1 or more beneficiaries.
