Section 2 — Trusts Act 2019: Commencement

2 Commencement (1) This Act comes into force on the day that is 18 months after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. (2) However, subpart 5 of Part 9 comes into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
