Section 20 — Trusts Act 2019: Age of majority

20 Age of majority (1) For the purposes of an express trust, the age of majority is 18. (2) In the terms of a trust the expressions adult , child , full age , infant , infancy , minor , minority , full capacity , majority , and similar expressions must be read in accordance with subsection (1). (3) This section overrides section 4(1) of the Age of Majority Act 1970.
