Section 49 — Trusts Act 2019: Definitions for purposes of sections 50 to 55

49 Definitions for purposes of sections 50 to 55 In this section and in sections 50 to 55 ,— representative means the parent, guardian, attorney, or property manager of a beneficiary who lacks capacity trust information — (a) means any information— (i) regarding the terms of the trust, the administration of the trust, or the trust property; and (ii) that it is reasonably necessary for the beneficiary to have to enable the trust to be enforced; but (b) does not include reasons for trustees’ decisions.
