8 Inherent jurisdiction of court not affected (1) The inherent jurisdiction of a court to supervise and intervene in the administration of a trust is not affected by this Act, except to the extent that this Act provides otherwise. (2) Despite subsection (1), a court must have regard to the purpose and the principles of this Act when exercising its inherent jurisdiction. Compare: 2006 No 69 s 11
