Section 93 — Trusts Act 2019: Person with power to remove or appoint trustee may apply to court for directions

93 Person with power to remove or appoint trustee may apply to court for directions (1) A person with the power to remove or to appoint trustees may apply to the court for directions on the exercise of a power of removal or appointment. (2) The application must be served, in accordance with the rules of court, on each person interested in the application or any of them as the court thinks fit.
