Section 98 — Trusts Act 2019: How trustee is appointed

98 How trustee is appointed A trustee may be appointed— (a) by the settlor on the creation of the trust; or (b) by the person or persons nominated for the purpose of appointing new trustees in the terms of the trust in the manner specified in those terms; or (c) under section 113 or 114 .
