4 Saving of appointment of agent, nominee, or custodian A person who, in relation to a trust or any part of it, was, immediately before the commencement date, a duly appointed agent, nominee, or custodian continues in that office on and after the commencement date, subject to the terms of the appointment and the terms of the trust.
