Section Sch4-17 — Trusts Act 2019: Powers of investment

17 Powers of investment (1) The Board must invest money that is capital of the Fund (within the meaning of section 16). (2) The Board may invest money that is income of the Fund (within the meaning of section 16). (3) Any investment under this section must be made in accordance with the Trusts Act 2019.
