Section Sch4-263 — Trusts Act 2019: Investment of capital and income

263 Investment of capital and income (1) Any money that is capital of the fund held by the Crown may be invested in accordance with the Trusts Act 2019. (2) VANZ may invest income of the fund in accordance with the Trusts Act 2019. (3) If at any time the income of the fund is insufficient for the purposes of section 261, VANZ may, to the extent of the insufficiency, use the capital of the fund for those purposes.
