Section Sch4-28 — Trusts Act 2019: Method of sale or lease

28 Method of sale or lease (1) An administrator exercising a power to sell or lease an estate or part of an estate under section 26 or 27 has all of the powers necessary to give effect to the sale or lease. (2) However,— (a) nothing in this section restricts the term of a lease granted under section 26; and (b) land of any value may be sold or leased under section 26 or sold under section 27 without the consent of the court.
