Section 24 — Wills Act 2007: Disposition to issue

24 Disposition to issue (1) This section applies when a will disposes of property to the will-maker's issue without limitation as to the remoteness of the issue. (2) The property is to be held in the same manner as section 78 of the Administration Act 1969 provides for the issue of an intestate. (3) Subsection (2) does not apply if the will makes it clear that the will-maker intended the property to be held in a different manner.
