Section 104A — Children Act 1989: Regulations made by the Welsh Ministers under section 31A or Part 7

Regulations made by the Welsh Ministers under section 31A or Part 7 104A 1 Any power of the Welsh Ministers under section 31A or Part 7 to make regulations shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.
2 Any such statutory instrument shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
