Section 106 — Children Act 1989: Financial provisions.

Financial provisions. 106 1 Any—
a grants made by the Secretary of State under this Act;
and b any other expenses incurred by the Secretary of State under this Act, shall be payable out of money provided by Parliament.
2 Any sums received by the Secretary of State under section 58, or by way of the repayment of any grant made under section 82(2) or (4) shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
