General functions of the Assembly. 79S 1 The Assembly may secure the provision of training for persons who provide or assist in providing child minding or day care, or intend to do so.
2 In relation to child minding and day care provided in Wales, the Assembly shall have any additional function specified in regulations made by the Assembly; . . .
