Disclosure of information for certification purposes 1179FG Section 1179DN (disapplication of section 18, and application of section 19, of the Commissioners for Revenue and Customs Act 2005) has effect in relation to the Secretary of State’s functions under sections 1179FD to 1179FF as it has effect in relation to the Secretary of State’s functions under sections 1179DK to 1179DM .
