Section 187 — Equality Act 2010: Interpretation

Interpretation 187 1 In this Chapter— “rail vehicle” and “regulated rail vehicle” have the meaning given in section 182(4); “ rail vehicle accessibility regulations ” has the meaning given in section 182(1).
2 For the purposes of this Chapter a vehicle is used “for carriage” if it is used for the carriage of passengers.
