Section 27P — Employment Rights Act 1996: Issue of code of practice

Issue of code of practice 27P 1 The Secretary of State may issue a code of practice under section 27Q for the purpose of promoting fairness and transparency in the distribution of qualifying tips, gratuities and service charges.
2 The Secretary of State may from time to time revise the whole or any part of a code of practice and issue that revised code of practice under section 27Q .
