Section 20 — Finance Act 2008: Rate of aggregates levy

Rate of aggregates levy 20 1 In section 16(4) of FA 2001 (rate of aggregates levy), for “£1.95” substitute “ £2 ” .
2 The amendment made by subsection (1) has effect in relation to aggregate subjected to commercial exploitation on or after 1 April 2009.
