Section 126 — Housing Act 1985: Purchase price.

Purchase price. 126 1 The price payable for a dwelling-house on a conveyance or grant in pursuance of this Part is—
a the amount which under section 127 is to be taken as its value at the relevant time, less b the discount to which the purchaser is entitled under this Part.
2 References in this Part to the purchase price include references to the consideration for the grant of a lease.
