General enactments relating to compulsory purchase, &c., apply subject to this Part. 578 The Acquisition of Land Act 1981, the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965 and the Land Compensation Act 1961 apply to the compulsory purchase of land under this Act subject to the following provisions of this Part.
