Minor definitions.
77 In this Part— “ relevant authority ” means a local housing authority or social services authority; “ social services authority ” means a local authority for the purposes of the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970, as defined in section 1 of that Act; “ voluntary organisation ” means a body, not being a public or local authority, whose activities are carried on otherwise than for profit.
