Supplementary provisions as to vesting, acquisition and compensation. 78 1 The Acquisition of Land Act 1981, as applied by section 77 above, shall have effect subject to the modifications in Part I of Schedule 10 to this Act.

2 The supplementary provisions in Parts II and III of that Schedule shall have effect, being,—

a as to those in Part II, provisions about land vested in or acquired by a housing action trust under this Part of this Act;
