Disclosure of information to registered social landlords for the purposes of section 1 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 219 In section 115(2) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (c. 37) after paragraph (d) insert—
da a person registered under section 1 of the Housing Act 1996 as a social landlord; .
