Section 215 — Housing and Planning Act 2016: Extent

Extent 215 1 An amendment or repeal made by this Act has the same extent as the provision amended or repealed.

2 Chapter 5 of Part 4 and this Part extend to—

a England and Wales, b Scotland, and c Northern Ireland.

3 Sections 207 and 208 extend to—

a England and Wales, and b Scotland.

4 Subject to that, this Act extends to England and Wales only.
