Section 156 — Inheritance Tax Act 1984: Apsley House and Chevening Estate.

Apsley House and Chevening Estate. 156 This Act shall not apply in respect of—
a the rights conferred by section 3 of the Wellington Museum Act 1947, or b property held on the trusts of the trust instrument set out in the Schedule to the Chevening Estate Act 1959.
