Section 218B — Inheritance Tax Act 1984: Pensions: information powers

Pensions: information powers 218B 1 The powers conferred on the Board by section 251 of the Finance Act 2004 (powers relating to the provision and preservation of information in connection with pensions) are exercisable for the purposes of this Act.
2 Subsection (1) is without prejudice to the generality of that section of that Act.
