Extinction of title to land after expiration of time limit.
17 Subject to—
a section 18 of this Act; . . . b . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . at the expiration of the period prescribed by this Act for any person to bring an action to recover land (including a redemption action) the title of that person to the land shall be extinguished.
