Section 105 — Land Registration Act 2002: Services relating to land or other property

Services relating to land or other property 105 1 The registrar may provide, or arrange for the provision of —
a consultancy or advisory services about land or other property in England and Wales or elsewhere, b information services about land or other property in England and Wales, or c services relating to documents or registers which relate to land or other property in England and Wales.
2 The terms on which services are provided under this section by the registrar, in particular terms as to payment, shall be such as he thinks fit.
