Proceeds of sale: chargee’s duty 54 For the purposes of section 105 of the Law of Property Act 1925 (c. 20) (mortgagee’s duties in relation to application of proceeds of sale), in its application to the proceeds of sale of registered land, a person shall be taken to have notice of anything in the register immediately before the disposition on sale.
