Section 74 — Land Registration Act 2002: Effective date of registration

Effective date of registration 74 An entry made in the register in pursuance of—
a an application for registration of an unregistered legal estate, or b an application for registration in relation to a disposition required to be completed by registration, has effect from the time of the making of the application.
