False information 151 In section 26(3) of the Immigration Act 1971 (general offences: “ relevant enactment ”)—

a the word “or” after paragraph (c) shall cease to have effect, and b after paragraph (d) there shall be inserted— ; or e the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (apart from Part 5).
