Resumption of citizenship 5 In the following provisions of the British Nationality Act 1981 (c. 61) the words “, if a woman,” shall cease to have effect—
a section 10(1) and (2)(registration as British citizen following renunciation of citizenship),
and b section 22(1) and (2)(registration as British overseas territories citizen following renunciation of citizenship).
