Pension schemes to which this Part applies 221 1 The provisions of this Part apply to every occupational pension scheme other than—
a a money purchase scheme, or b a prescribed scheme or a scheme of a prescribed description.
2 Regulations under subsection (1)(b) may provide for exemptions from all or any of the provisions of this Part.
