Section 314 — Pensions Act 2004: Breach of regulations

Breach of regulations 314 The following provisions of the Pensions Act 1995 (c. 26) apply to regulations under this Act as if they were regulations made by virtue of Part 1 of that Act—

a section 10(3) to (9) (power to impose civil penalties for contravention of regulations under Part 1 of that Act);

b section 116 (power to provide for contravention of regulations under that Part to be criminal offence).
