Section 107 — Pensions Act 2008: Scope of mechanism

Scope of mechanism 107 1 Pension compensation sharing is available under this Chapter in relation to a person's shareable rights to PPF compensation.
2 For the purposes of this Chapter, a right of a person to PPF compensation is “shareable” unless it is of a description specified by regulations made by the Secretary of State.
