Section 112 — Pensions Act 2008: Cash equivalents

Cash equivalents 112 1 The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision about the calculation and verification of cash equivalents for the purposes of section 111.
2 Regulations under this section may include provision for calculation and verification in a manner approved by the Board.
