Section 28D — Pensions Act 2008: Information

Information 28D 1 Regulations may make provision about information that the trustees or managers of a relevant Master Trust or the provider of a group personal pension scheme must give to the Regulatory Authority about the allocation of assets of the relevant Master Trust or group personal pension scheme.

2 The regulations may make provision about—

a the types of information that must be given;

b when it must be given;

c the form and manner in which it must be given.
