Regulations under section 12G or 12H: procedure 12I 1 Before making regulations under section 12H(3), (4), (7) or (8), the Scottish Ministers must consult such persons as they consider appropriate.
2 Regulations under section 12G are subject to the negative procedure.
3 Regulations under section 12H(3), (4), (7) or (8) are subject to the affirmative procedure.
