Bankruptcy, etc., of insured ... persons not to affect claims by third parties. 153 1 Where, after a person has effected a policy of insurance ... for the purposes of this Part of this Act, an event which results in that person being a relevant person for the purposes of the Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act 2010 happens, the happening of that event shall, notwithstanding anything in the that Act , not affect any such liability of that person as is required to be covered by a policy of insurance under section 145 of this Act. 2 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
