Section 140F — Social Security Administration Act 1992: No requirement for annual orders

No requirement for annual orders 140F 1 Any power under this Part to make provision by order for or in relation to a year does not require the making of a new order each year.
2 Any order made under the power may be revoked or varied at any time, whether before, during or after the year to which it relates.
