Section 118 — Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992: Married women and widows.

Married women and widows. 118 The Treasury may with the concurrence of the Secretary of State make regulations modifying any of the following provisions of this Act, namely—

a Part I;

b Part II (except section 60);

and c Parts III and IV, in such manner as the Treasury think proper, in their application to women who are or have been married.
