Section 112J — Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007: Application for an order

Application for an order 112J 1 The county court may make an administration order only on the application of the debtor.
2 The debtor may make an application for an administration order whether or not a judgment has been obtained against him in respect of any of his debts.
