Section 70ZD — Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992: Entering into access agreement by negotiation

Entering into access agreement by negotiation 70ZD 1 An access agreement is entered into under this section if—

a a qualifying trade union gives an access request to an employer, b the employer gives the union a response notice before the end of the response period, c before the end of the negotiation period, the union and the employer agree in writing terms on which officials of the union are to have access, and d the union and the employer jointly notify the Central Arbitration Committee of those terms in the prescribed form and manner.
