Section 140 — Welfare Reform Act 2012: Fees

Fees 140 In section 6 of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 (fees), in subsection (2)—
a in paragraph (d), at the end there is inserted “”; “(including provision for the apportionment of fees and the matters to be taken into account in determining an apportionment)” b in paragraph (g), “waiver” is repealed;
c after paragraph (g) there is inserted—
h about waiver of fees (including the matters to be taken into account in determining a waiver).
