Section 89 — Welfare Reform Act 2012: Report to Parliament

Report to Parliament 89 The Secretary of State must lay before Parliament an independent report on the operation of assessments under section 80—
a within 2 years beginning with the date on which the first regulations under that section come into force;
and b within 4 years beginning with that date.
