Section 93 — Welfare Reform Act 2012: Transitional

Transitional 93 1 Regulations may make such provision as the Secretary of State considers necessary or expedient in connection with the coming into force of any provision of this Part.
2 Schedule 10 (transitional provision for introduction of personal independence payment) has effect.
